Shipping.

Our products will be sent by courier at a flat rate of £10 for standard UK mainland addresses.
Delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Contact us for shipping costs outside of the UK or to Highlands & Islands before purchasing.

Return of goods.

Goods may only be returned to Cage and Avian Solutions by prior arrangement.

Goods returned for any reason other than being faulty or defective must be unused, in a salable condition, in the original packaging and sent postage paid to Cage and Avian Solutions.
Such returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge.

Goods which have been specifically modified or purchased for a buyer may not be returned for credit in any event.

No returned goods will be accepted more than 30 days after the goods were dispatched by Cage and Avian Solutions and no credit will be allowed unless supported by the material authority number which should be obtained priory to return.

Guarantee on goods supplied.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty on all goods supplied will be limited to material failure or defective workmanship. If goods should prove to be defective and accepted as such by Cage and Avian Solutions, arrangements should be made with Cage and Avian Solutions who at their discretion, may replace them or refund the price paid.
No warranty will apply to goods which unauthorised repairs have been made. Cage and Avian Solutions shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from the supply of such goods.
